I’m guessing you’ve landed here for a great reason. I landed with my first mentor as if it was just meant to be. I didn’t know why I needed her mentorship, but in no time, I was deep in the most profound and life-changing work. As a somatic practitioner, I specialise in rooting you back in your body, guiding you back home. Here you will find all the wisdom you need, the essence of you as it was when you entered this world, your power, your light, your grounded presence, allowing you to ‘feel’ like yourself as you should, before the world threw some curveballs your way, however small or large they were.
My intention for you, is to hold the safest, heart-felt space, for us to together explore your inner world and its’ wisdom. To allow those parts that have calloused to feel safe enough to feel heard. To listen and hold all parts of your inner child that weren’t held as they needed and support your healing and growth in the most nurtured, profound and transformative way.
